Code of Ethics

 

First things first, we acknowledge that not all movers are the same. For every one trustworthy mover, there are 10 Rouge Movers out there ruining the credibility of movers everywhere.

We are Pioneer Moving, as members of the Massachusetts Movers Association, the Better Business Bureau, the ATA Moving and Storage Conference to name a few, we hold ourselves to a higher standard than the average mover.

We pledge to all of our customers to do our best to honor, follow, and never knowingly violate these codes of Ethics / Conduct.

• to consistently offer / provide the most reliable, efficient, and honest moving service we can while adhering to a strict company policy of Fairness, Integrity, Trust, Honesty, and Communication.

• to consistently aim for self-improvements in all facets of our trade and industry and commit to a collective effort by all Pioneer staff to take necessary measures to ensure for said improvements.

• to be considerate and conscious of all our our customers needs and to continue the practice of dignity, empathy, understanding, and compassion in an attempt to better serve the public.

• to be a representative of the moving industry and to use that platform to thoughtfully educate, inform, and communicate the facets of our industry in an attempt to promote good business practices.

to help in the elimination of unethical business practices such as, fraud, misrepresentation, deceit and price gouging from within the moving industry and by rouge movers.

• to give all customers due process in the claims process and bill dispute and to promote fair competitive practice.

• to ensure the highest concern for the health, welfare and safety of our customers and employees, while recognizing their needs as individuals and human beings.

• To faithfully fulfill all obligations to the state of Massachusetts, and keep company records as up to date as possible, including our moving tariff, certificate of organization, and DPU authority for household moving.

• to faithfully fulfill all obligations to the Federal Government of the United State of America and to keep company records and public records as accurate and up to date as possible.

•to faithfully fulfill our obligations to Wheaton World Wide Moving to remain in good standing as a local agent and to uphold their reputation and standard in the moving industry.

• to protect free enterprise in a democratic society and to foster the commercial viability of the small business component of our industry
